In-stock items are shipped within 3 business days of completed payment. Payment holds can delay shipping until funds are released to Elite Appliance. Orders over $1199 qualify for free residential curbside delivery (promotional qualifying order totals may apply, click here for details). This delivery service includes shipment of your purchase directly to the curb in front of your home. Curbside delivery does not include moving the appliance into your home or installation of the appliance. Orders must total $1199 before tax and shipping charges to qualify for free delivery. Orders under $1199 that cannot be shipped via UPS will be subject to a single $85 freight fee, and will be delivered via motor freight to the curb in front of your home.

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate phone number during checkout for the motor freight company to contact them. Deliveries will be delayed if a customer cannot be reached.
• Remote locations and/or addresses with limited access require special arrangements with the freight company, and could incur additional delivery charges.
• We recommend that you arrange for qualified professionals to bring your appliance inside the home for installation after they have been delivered to your curb. Freight drivers are unable to assist in moving the appliances into your home.
• Freight shipments are packaged and palletized by Elite Appliance for safe delivery. Upon receipt, please immediately review the shipping packet affixed to the delivery. Customers should examine all deliveries upon arrival for signs of freight damage or mishandling by the freight company. Any visible freight damage should be documented with the freight driver, and you should call us at 1 (877) 510-4781 before the driver leaves.
• Extreme weather may delay freight shipments.

Items suitable for UPS Ground will be delivered directly to your shipping address and will be subject to UPS shipping charges (unless order totals over $1199 before tax & shipping charges). Smaller items purchased alongside major appliances may be combined with a larger freight shipment. Tracking numbers are delivered via e-mail when an item ships. If expedited shipment or "signature required" shipping is desired, contact us at 1 (877) 510-4781 before purchase.
