What are my delivery options?

Typical appliance deliveries are shipped using an experienced LTL freight carrier. Standard and Free Shipping is typically to your curbside only, speak with your sales person for more details. Smaller items are typically shipped via UPS.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the continental U.S. only. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or abroad. We apologize for any inconvenience. We can however ship to a freight forwarder. We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes.

How long does delivery take?

A routine delivery usually takes one to two weeks for in-stock items. You will receive an update once the order has shipped. The shipping carrier will contact you the day before delivery to schedule the time.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Shipping costs vary by destination, product type and type of delivery. Certain orders may be eligible for free curbside delivery.

Do you offer installation?

We offer installation in the Dallas Ft Worth area only.

How can I track my order?

You will receive tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse. If you have questions, please have your Order Number handy and contact our shipping department.

How do I submit my appliance rebates?

Simply download the rebate form from our site, fill in your appliance's serial numbers and follow the instructions on the rebate form.

How do I return my order?

Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your product is damaged or does not meet your needs, please notify us immediately. Please contact customer service in the event you need to return your appliance. All returns require a Return Authorization and are subject to a 15% - 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
