The refrigerator is beautiful however I wanted to add an ice maker to this unit snd the ™universal ™ice maker does not connect to this unit and there is NO ice maker for this unit. Did not know this until the unit was purchased and placed in our home. It took too much work to deliver and put in place. I wasn™™t going to have them remove it. Disappointed !

Within 24 hours it started making a loud noise; within one week it stopped working intermittently. I was able to swap it out with another unit (same model) due to vendor policy, and now THAT one sounds like the evaporator fan is rubbing against something. I was told that Frigidaire made a good product, but that's not what I'm experiencing.

My refrigerator was delivered on May 5, 2022. By the evening of the 12th, it was no longer cooling. Trying to get it repaired or replaced has been a nightmare!! I have a service appt for June 2. How is that service?? A dead fridge should be a priority, especially one that is under manufacturer's warranty.

We purchased this unit about 8 months agoInitially both the refrigerator and freezer were working wellas of this past month the freezer is still working fine but the refrigerator is only slightly cool even on highest setting Hoping for assistance from fridgidaire.

I regret this purchase so much. It stopped working after one week. Turns out it is leaking Freon. It's been three weeks now without a working refrigerator. It has taken so much of my time on the phone (50 minutes today). I'm very disappointed in Frigidaire's customer service.

I chose this refrigerator for two reasons: it was the only model that I could find that fit into the space I had for a refrigerator, with the same (excellent) configuration inside as the refrigerator I was replacing, also a Frigidaire. The previous one lasted about 30 years; this one appears to be not quite as sturdily constructed in that it has thinner plastic drawers, but I like the full glass shelves. The handle slots are odd, but I'm getting used to them, and though they get dirty faster, they are at least easy to clean, and don't stick out. The light is dimmer than I'd like, but it's ok. I put magnets strategically on the front to help camouflage/prevent fingerprints and that's working well. I know the top freezer isn't popular, but I really love it. I'd love it even more if it were a little larger like my previous refrigerator, but if I keep it organized, it works well for me. All in all, a good refrigerator, delivered within a week, reasonably priced.

It's early yet to give a meaningful review, but in general we are satisfied. It's easy to block the ventilation ducts in the back of the freezer. Have to keep pulling the food forward. We hope it gives us many years of maintenance free service, just like our previous Frigidaire, which lasted 20years!

Was skeptical about purchasing this item because I had my heart set on a french-door refrigerator; however, my apartment had other ideas. My apartment door was too narrow for that type of refrigerator. I must say, "My apartment knew best." It is roomier than I taught it would be, and I love it, love it, love it. The refrigerator cools within 3 hours after plugging in. The ice in the freezer froze after another 3 hours, quicker than I anticipated. The LED lighting is much brighter in the refrigerator. Crisper keeps veggies for longer. The design of no handles makes the whole unit very sleek. The only drawback is there is no light in the freezer. There's bound to have fingerprints which I don't mind, I wiped them off. After 2 months, everything is still working well.

I bought the 1835FS model because it fit my small kitchen space and LOVE that there are no handles sticking out and the design of the shelves inside is good. BEST feature inside inside is the deeper side door shelves which are easier to access than having to reach in to the interior . 5 star review keep making similar designs to this model . It fits a boatload of people that don™™t have room for Super Bowl Sunday giant refrigerators. Bravo Frigidaire

I like my new Frigidare refrigerator very much except for one problem. It did not come with an ice maker so we ordered one at a extra cost and had to pay an additional service charge for installation. However, it could not be installed because of a defect in the uit itself and the service techician had to order another part which has not arrived yet so we are without an ice maker for an undetermined length of time which is causing great incovenience as we are seniors and have to go out to a store and carry bags of ice to put into our freezer. If your customer service can help expedite the part needed so the service person can install it, we would appreciate it very much.As I said, the refrigerator itself is working fine.

We bought this refrigerator for a backup to our kitchen one. The first one we bought wasn't working correctly and had to be replaced in the first week. The first one didn't freeze colder than 20 degrees Farenheit on the coldest setting and the light didn't work in the refrigerator compartment. The second one is working perfectly and keeps the freezer around 0 degrees and the refrigerator around 37 with the thermostat set on the middle setting. This refrigerator had good reviews so I believe it is a good product and the first one was just a bad one. We are happy with the second one!

It's started to freeze things in the fridge space, and the door is clicking when you open and close it. Of course the warranty is over and done. No wonder they push the extended warranty so much. Don't waste your money on this.

My Frigidaire refrigerator does an excellent job at keep my food cold at the proper temps that it should be. If I could improve it in any way it would be make running time shorter and more quiet and better finger print smudge resistant doors.
